Welcome! Kudos for taking this step in your healing journey. My name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Minnesota and South Dakota. I have passion for working with relational issues, individuals with chronic illness, and single adult women. I am LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC affirming. My individual therapy specialties include life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), parenting struggles and family of origin work. My relational experience includes working with couples/marriage/non-traditional relationships, parenting/co-parenting and family therapy. I incorporate self-care, mindfulness, and other activities in treatment. 

Before becoming a therapist, my background was in the restaurant business. I have a deep understanding of the stressors in that culture. I also worked in the non-profit world.

I strongly believe we all experience struggles in our lives. My style is client-centered and systemic in nature. I incorporate the impact of relationships and systems in each person's life in my work. I believe each person has perspectives and insight into their own lives to help them cope and heal. I know therapy is hard and I am here to hold all emotions, bring hope, honesty, and humor. I hope to guide you to persevere through life's journey.
